Our largest acquisition to date, this 44 unit complex was purchased November 2025. The project will be a $1,300,000 renovation and is owned 95% by Brio Group. A local bank financed 45% of the acquisition, followed by 30% seller financing. The equity to close was self-funded, and an investor provided additional liquidity for 5% of the deal.
